This week, learn how to forage for elderflowers and make some delicious from scratch elderflower recipes with me. I make Elderflower Cordial, Elderflower Basque Cheesecake, Strawberry Sauce, and a Sparkling Strawberry Limemade flavored with elderflowers. It was also an incredibly tough week as we dealt with a raccoon attack on our flock of chickens. Thank you so much for your kindness and love as we move forward with this loss.
