OUR PROMISE
We want you to be completely happy with everything you order from Under A Tin Roof™. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products or services, please contact us right away. Please send all order and shop related inquiries to hello@underatinroof.com or contact us.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing for digital orders should be delivered to your inbox within 24 hours. If you have not received your digital order via email, please contact us and let us know what has happened. In most instances, your email may have been entered incorrectly and we will resend your goods. Please write down your order number immediately after your purchase for your records.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All digital products are available to purchase internationally, though this may interfere with the price of goods depending upon the country you currently reside in.
CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES, AND CHARGES
Please remember that if you are ordering internationally you are the importer and are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes, or charges that your country's import laws impose. Please contact your customs office and check that you are aware of these prior to placing an order as we cannot advise on these matters.
LOST ORDERS
If for some reason you purchase a digital product from us and lose the email that contains the download, which expires after 24 hours, please email us with your name and order number so that we may resend you your digital goods. If you cannot provide proof of purchase with a name, email, and order number, we cannot resend the goods and you must purchase them again.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We currently do not sell physical products that are shipped to you. All orders will arrive directly to the email address that you have provided.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
We cannot make changes to orders (i.e. adding or removing items, applying discounts, etc) after they have been placed.
REfunds
We do NOT provide refunds on digital products or memberships due to dissatisfaction. Because our product can easily be downloaded, reproduced, and redistributed by anyone, we generally do not offer refunds on any digital product purchase. We apologize for this inconvenience if you are for any reason unhappy with the product. For refunds on memberships, we generally do not offer refunds if you are for any reason unhappy with the benefits of the membership. However, if there has been an issue with your payment method or you would like to downgrade/upgrade to a different member tier, please contact us.
DAMAGED GOODS
If a product you ordered arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. We ask that you also attach a photo of the damaged product. All damaged items will be replaced by us in a timely manner.
