Product Details & Handmade Nature

Each item in this shop is thoughtfully designed and carefully produced. Because of this:

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

  • Minor imperfections or variations may be present and are part of the handmade nature of these goods.

  • Sizes may vary slightly due to trimming and production methods.

Please note: these items are made by hand in my home-based studio! These details are not considered defects, but part of what makes each piece unique and handmade.

Processing Times

All orders require time to be prepared before shipping.

  • Current processing times are listed on each product page.

  • During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

  • Pre-order items will have clearly stated timelines and will ship separately unless noted otherwise.

  • Digital Products: Order processing for digital orders should be delivered to your inbox within 24 hours. If you have not received your digital order via email, please contact us and let us know what has happened. In most instances, your email may have been entered incorrectly and we will resend your goods. Please write down your order number immediately after your purchase for your records.

I always do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible while maintaining quality and care.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (such as USPS or UPS).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • I am not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships via the email your provided at checkout. If you are missing any tracking information, please email me at hello(at)underatinroof.com

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly first.

LOST ORDERS

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

If needed, I’m always happy to help guide you through a filing claim with the carrier. Please reach out at hello(at)underatinroof.com

Digital Products: If for some reason you purchase a digital product from us and lose the email that contains the download, which expires after 24 hours, please email us with your name and order number so that we may resend you your digital goods. If you cannot provide proof of purchase with a name, email, and order number, we cannot resend the goods and you must purchase them again. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

  • I cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are generally final.

However, exceptions may be made in certain situations.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Custom items, digital products, and limited collection pieces are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photo of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement, refund, or shop credit depending on the situation.

Limited Releases

Many items in this shop are released in small batches or limited collections.

  • Availability is not guaranteed once an item sells out

  • Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete

  • I am not obligated to restock sold-out items

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change at any time.

In the rare event of a pricing error, I reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and products are original and owned by this shop.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

Resale & Commercial Use

Products are intended for personal use only.

Resale or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service at my discretion, including but limited to suspForceected fraud or abusive behavior.

INTERNATIONAL shipping

I gladly ship internationally, but there are a few important things to note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on location and customs processing.

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated by USPS and UPS at this time.

  • Digital Products: All digital products are available to purchase internationally, though this may interfere with the price of goods depending upon the country you currently reside in.

Some countries may experience limited tracking updates once the package leaves the United States.

Please be sure to review your country’s import policies before placing an order.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

I cannot make changes to orders (i.e. adding or removing items, applying discounts, etc) after they have been placed.

Force Majeure

I am not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to weather events, postal disruptions, illness, or supply shortages.
