The sweet corn is ready to harvest here in rural Iowa! We grew a small patch of sweet corn this year along with some varieties for popcorn and drying to make cornmeal. In this episode, I harvest sweet corn, show how to pressure can corn, and make a delicious pizza with corn, zucchini, and fresh juicy peaches.
