In this episode, I harvest blackberries on my Iowa farm and make a delicious blackberry pie with a lattice crust along with a batch of homemade blackberry shrub. Yum! Have your heard of Blackberry Shrub? This fermented fruit and vinegar drink was popular in the 19th century and is quite delicious today, too!
