Another Sunday has arrived, and that means it’s time for a new episode of My Cozy Fantasy Kitchen. Making this little ASMR cooking show has been absolutely wonderful, and I have been loving every second of it. Thank you so much for watching and for helping my channel to reach 100K subscribers. It’s surreal!
This week, I am working with stinging nettles that I foraged around the farm. I make a delicious Nettle Pesto Babka and Nettle Cake with Strawberry Icing. There are also some calming ASMR moments outside foraging, cooking over the campfire, and a thunderstorm. Enjoy!
Welcome to my cozy fantasy world of cooking! These soothing ASMR sounds and gentle music will transport you to my cottagecore kitchen and hobby farm with our cat and chicken friends. Come enjoy the beauty of nature and slow living in the countryside with me. I hope you enjoy this week's video of my fairytale country life!
recipes in this week’s video:
I had a lot of fun foraging for stinging nettles. There are so many growing in the timber line that surrounds our farm! Nettles are wonderfully beneficial for your health, and they can be used just like spinach in most recipes. I decided to make a bright green sweet cake that tastes like lemon and turn the nettles into a pesto sauce to wrap inside of a brioche braided bread.
what I used in this week’s video:

final thoughts:
May is full of blooming flowers and lovely green things to forage and harvest from the garden! What are you growing this year? Are there wild foods to forage where you live? I hope that you enjoyed this week’s cozy episode. I am excited for the coming weeks ahead and cooking with produce from our garden!
