A Seaside Look with Fable England’s Whispering Sands Collection

The days are growing warmer here in Iowa, and while the ocean is thousands of miles away, there is still plenty of “seaside” fun to be had. The local lakes are soon to be open, and there will be people enjoying the cool freshwater beaches, fishing, and boating around the lakes. Growing up, I was not much of a lake or river person, but just a couple of years ago we bought a boat and have been loving including lakeside activities into our summer. Even without a boat, it can still be a lot of fun to find a lovely state or county park to enjoy some time near water, taking in the wildlife and dipping your toes in.

The Whispering Sands collection is full of fantasy-inspired accessories from necklaces to earrings to brooches, bags, scarves, hats, and more. I have been loving wearing scarves more and more, especially as a hair accessory. I fell in love with this adorable Lotus Pink Square Scarf that is so soft and such a lovely shade of pink. It’s great as a cute accessory worn traditionally around the neck or as a kerchief in your hair.

The Pearl Clam Shell Crossbody Bag just speaks fantasy to me! It is so cute and such a statement piece. I have worn it out a couple of times now and received so many compliments. Actually, all of my Fable England bags receive compliments, and I’ve connected with a few lovely strangers over them while out and about. This piece makes me think of something a mermaid would own!
