Dear Reader,
Watch as I welcome you into a cozy fantasy world of cooking! These cozy, soothing sounds will transport you to my cottage kitchen on the Iowa prairie. Simmering soup, crackling fire, bird song, whistling kettle, snow falling, and cats purring are all featured in this video.
In this week’s video, I am sharing a Cozy Winter Afternoon. It was been so beautiful and snowy here in my part of rural Iowa. We make Cinnamon Raisin Orange Muffins and hot coffee and tea together. There are lovely bird sounds, soothing outdoors noises, snow falling, and kittens playing outside. We make Apple Carrot Pumpkin Soup and Crusty Dutch Oven Spelt Bread together. It’s an all-around warm episode with wonderful cozy ASMR sounds. I hope you enjoy it!
I am so happy to be back making YouTube videos again. I took a break over the month of January to find new inspiration, calm my overactive imagination, and simply just rest among other things. It was lovely to step back for a moment and assess what I wanted to focus on this year. But I also missed making these videos, and I am looking forward to what 2024 will bring to our channel. I am still very much in an experimental stage with our YouTube videos, so I apologize if I seem a bit inconsistent with what I am sharing.
